Holly Lavin - began as a ballerina and danced for 17 years. My love for dance gave me such an appreciation for the grace and beauty of yoga. I have been practicing for almost 11 years and still discover new poses that speak to me. It can transform you physically and mentally! The poses are beautiful but I find that people really walk away from a class with an incredible clarity because they were able to find their breath. I hope to pass onto my students the ability to trust themselves and learn to move about their lives with more purpose. My style of teaching is varied and keeps evolving as I practice. I have two tots who keep me busy and inspire me with their zest for life. My husband is my rock and has been my favorite student, allowing me the gain confidence in my ability to teach. I live everyday happy to be here!
