BEACH YOGA - designed to familiarize you with the meaning of Yoga, its origin, and to introduce you briefly to the various schools of yoga from the gentler meditative to the more powerful athletic forms in a tranquil space with the peaceful surroundings of the ocean.
BASIC STRETCH & STRENGTHEN - devised to stretch and strengthen core muscles to ensure a healthy back, reverse muscle imbalances, reduce muscle tension, and increase one’s mobility using a physioball.
ZEN YOGA “Meditation In Motion” - mindful, conscious yoga practice linking the body, breath and mind. Helping to stretch the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) around the joints in order to heal and restore the body while utilizing the breath to still the mind.
YOGA CORE BALL - combines cardio/strength in a mini boot camp like class using physioballs, light dumb bells, bands, kettle bells, weighted plates, etc. working your abs, back, thighs, and butt. Intense body sculpting workout!
YOGA FOR LIFE "Yin Yoga"- relaxed, gentle, passive yoga practice where postures are held for several minutes to stretch the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, and fascia); focusing on the hips/pelvis, shoulders/upper back and spine. Designed for those who have thought of trying yoga, a little unsure how to begin, or who are looking for a way to renew their past yoga practice. This is an introduction to the basic breathing techniques and classical Hatha Yoga postures.
CORE SYNERGY - a 30 minute workout with a 15 minute cool down to stimulate, strengthen, and tone your core muscles while utilizing your own body weight with and against gravity; incorporating static and dynamic movements in all (3) planes of motion: sagitall, frontal and transverse.
MINDFUL VINYASA - active and focused yoga practice teaching mindfulness (non-judgement awareness of each moment) while moving through a flowing sequence of classical hatha yoga postures while instilling your breath as your guide.
GENTLE STRENGTH- class specifically for all who want to gain flexibility, strength and improved balance in a calm and nurturing environment. The ambience of this class is particularly welcoming to those who never imagined themselves practicing yoga, and those who are new to yoga.
ENERGETIC VINYASA - all level Vinyasa class with energetic breath work while sustaining postures to increase your stamina and strengthen your core.
SPIRITED VINYASA FLOW - Fuse of yoga styles that incorporates meditative mindful vinyasa, balancing, and strength building in a spirited way that is accessible to all levels while incorporating all music genres; fostering a unique yoga experience for all. Bring yourself deeper into your yoga practice one step at a time as you come and discover your inner strength.
MEDITATION –each session will incorporate 3 meditation styles/ techniques beginning with working with breathe for 15 minutes through some breathing mediations, then for 15 minutes the chakras and finally a 30 minute guided journey meditation/ adventures.
Aqua Yoga - A whole body approach to enhancing your physical and mental well-being utilizing traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques in a non-impact fluid environment. This workout is designed to build strength, balance and flexibility without the risk of injury common in high impact sports and fitness activities; leaving you feeling energized and relaxed. A new way to expand you current yoga practice or beginning one.
Personal Training One-on-One - Specializes in developing individualized training programs for people of different physical fitness levels and activity. Able to design exercise programs for people with special medical and physical conditions such as arthitis, diabetes, hypertension, pre and post-natal, post rehabilitation training for injuries. Each training session focuses on cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, strength and resistance training, core stability and proper nutrition.
Yoga Therapy Sessions - Specifically designed to meet the individual’s needs and special medical conditions. No diagnosis of any medical problems or concerns will be provided. It is a process of intergration intended to facilitate wholeness and self-awareness.
Yoga Weekend Warrior Series - Combine your passion of yoga with another passion, a sport or activity you love each month (i.e., yoga and walking, yoga and bicycling, yoga and running, yoga and kayaking, etc.) or become acquainted with yoga and its many benefits.
Family/Kids Yoga - Gentle, non-competive and fun approach to yoga using yoga-esque kid friendly posture which resemble animals (i.e., cat, dog, lion...) and elements of nature (i.e., mountain, tree, flower...) in a creative style which children can easily understand and use in their everday lives.
